This site presents Spacelord, Rob's one-to-one coaching, run by Rob in Pai, Thailand. By using it you accept these terms.

Bookings and payments

• A session, package or retreat is booked once we confirm it with you in writing or you complete payment.
• Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
• Rescheduling, cancellation and refund terms for your booking are confirmed in writing when you book.

Your health

Breathwork, cold exposure, strength training and Muay Thai are physical practices. Sessions support general wellbeing and are not medical advice or treatment. Check with your doctor before starting if you have any health condition, injury or pregnancy, tell your teacher about it, and work within your own limits.

Coaching is not therapy. If you are in crisis, please contact a medical professional or local emergency services.
